Issues

  • Families are paying more for groceries, healthcare, childcare, gas, and housing.

I support practical ways to lower costs for working families, seniors, and young families trying to get ahead.

I oppose efforts to shift Missouri away from income taxes in ways that place heavier burdens on working families through higher sales taxes. Families should not pay more every time they buy groceries, school supplies, or medicine.

Missouri families deserve stability — not more financial pressure.

  • Public schools are the backbone of strong communities.

Every child — whether they live in a city, suburb, or rural town — deserves access to a quality education.

    I support:

    • Fully funding public education

    • Respecting teachers and school staff

    • Career, technical, and college pathways

    • Strong special education and student support services

    • Making sure schools have the resources they need

Strong schools strengthen communities, attract families, and prepare the next generation for success.

Missouri communities succeed when we invest in education.

  • Infrastructure is not political - it is basic government responsibility.

Too many roads in Cass County and across Missouri need attention. Safe roads matter for families, school buses, emergency responders, and local businesses.

    I support:

    • Maintaining and improving roads and bridges.

    • Smarter transportation planning for growing communities.

    • Reliable broadband expansion for rural and suburban areas.

    • Investing in infrastructure before problems become emergencies.

    • Growth is coming to our region. We need to plan responsibly instead of constantly playing catch-up.

  • A strong economy means more than headlines - it means good jobs, stable wages, and opportunities close to home.

We need an economy that works for working families, young adults starting out, career changers, and experienced working looking for stability.

    I support:

    Workforce training and apprenticeship programs.

    Career and technical education.

Partnerships between schools, businesses, unions, and community colleges.

    Attracting quality employers to Missouri.

    Supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Helping workers transition into new careers as industries change.

Not every successful path requires a four-year degree. Missouri should invest in practical pathways that lead to good-paying careers and long-term stability.

Whether someone is entering the workforce, changing careers, or reentering the workforce after military service, they deserve opportunities to succeed.

Missouri works best when opportunity is within reach for everyone.

  • Healthcare should be accessible, affordable, and available close to home.

People should not have to drive long distances, wait months for care, or delay treatment because of cost. Strong communities depend on strong healthcare systems — including access to mental health services.

    Mental health is health.

Families should not have to struggle alone when a loved one is in crisis. We need serious, compassionate conversations about mental health, addiction, crisis intervention, and community safety.

    I support:

    • Protecting access to healthcare in Missouri.

    • Strengthening rural and regional healthcare systems.

    • Expanding access to preventative, primary, and mental healthcare.

    • Better access to mental health services in our communities.

    • Stronger crisis response systems and emergency support.

    • Supporting healthcare workers, caregivers, first responders, and emergency personnel.

    • Compassionate, practical approaches to addiction and recovery.

We can protect both individual rights and community safety while making sure families can get help before tragedy occurs.

    Healthcare is people infrastructure.

  • I trust women, families, and doctors to make deeply personal medical decisions — not politicians.

In 2024, Missourians voted on reproductive rights, and elected officials should respect the will of the people.

Now in 2026, Missouri politicians are asking voters to revisit this issue again. I believe voters deserve leaders who respect their decisions, even when politicians disagree with the outcome.

These decisions are personal, complicated, and often heartbreaking. Government should approach them with humility and compassion.

I support protecting reproductive freedom while also encouraging policies that help families thrive — including access to healthcare, childcare, and maternal support.

  • Veterans & Military Families

As an Air Force veteran, I understand that service does not end when the uniform comes off.

Veterans and military families make tremendous sacrifices, and Missouri should honor that service with meaningful support — not just words.

    I support:

    • Expanding access to quality healthcare and mental health services for veterans.

    • Helping veterans transition into civilian careers.

    • Supporting military spouses and families.

    • Making sure veterans can easily access the benefits they earned.

    • Strengthening partnerships between employers, training programs, and veterans.

    • Providing property tax relief for 100% disabled veterans.

Veterans bring leadership, discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to our communities and workforce. Missouri should do more to connect veterans with meaningful careers and opportunities to continue serving after military life.

We should honor service with action.

  • Government Ethics & Accountability

Missourians deserve honest government that works for the people — not political insiders.

Too many people feel like politics has become more about gamesmanship than solving problems. Trust in government has declined, and earning that trust back starts with accountability.

    I believe in:

    • Transparency in government decision-making.

    • Ethical leadership and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

    • Respecting voter-approved initiatives.

    • Reducing unnecessary political gamesmanship.

    • Listening to constituents, even when we disagree.

    Public service should mean service.

I spent years working in federal public service because I believe institutions matter and government can still be a force for good when it is accountable, transparent, and focused on people.

    Less politics. More progress.
